Cookie policy
Last updated 12 October 2026
Navigate ERP uses only what it needs to work: one cookie that keeps you signed in and protects your forms, and a few display preferences kept in your own browser. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and no third-party cookies. Fonts and scripts are served by Navigate itself, so opening a page sends nothing to other companies.
Cookies
| Name | Purpose | Kind | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| navigate_erp_session | Keeps you signed in, remembers your cart on the Marketplace, and carries the token that stops other websites submitting forms in your name. It holds a random reference only; everything else stays on our servers, encrypted. | Strictly necessary ยท first-party | 120 minutes after your last action, or until you sign out |
The cookie can't be read by scripts on the page (HttpOnly). It is only sent over an encrypted connection (Secure) and isn't sent when another site links or posts to Navigate (SameSite=Lax).
Preferences kept in your browser
Some screens remember how you like them in your browser's local storage. It is never sent to us or anyone else, and clearing your browser data removes it.
- Which menu sections you collapsed
- Whether product pictures show on the point-of-sale screen and in the product list
- That you have seen the cookie notice
Your choices
Strictly necessary cookies don't need consent under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 or the EU GDPR/ePrivacy rules, because the service can't work without them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings, but you won't be able to sign in or check out while the session cookie is blocked.
If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
