Getting your shop live: the 30-day trial and approval

Steps

1. Go to Online store → Overview & settings, tick List my products on the Navigate Marketplace and save.
2. Your shop goes live at once on a trial (30 days). Online store shows “Live - trial, N days left”.
3. Navigate reviews and approves your shop within the trial - after that it simply stays live. If the trial ends before approval, your shop is off the marketplace and shows “Trial ended - waiting for approval” until Navigate approves it.

Good to know

• The Free plan shows up to 7 products (the first 7 you put online). For more, upgrade your plan in Online store → Overview. Not live? Online store → Products tells you why - listing switched off, waiting for approval, or a note from Navigate.
