Steps
Dashboard: open LCs and the open commitment, accepted documents to settle and those maturing, margin held, LCs expiring in 30 days, documents with discrepancies, charges this year.
Register of every LC; Reports: commitments by bank and currency, maturities, documents and discrepancies, settlements (paid and loans), charges and margin - filtered by bank, supplier, currency and status, each exported to CSV.
Good to know
Amounts on the dashboard are in local currency - LCs in another currency at today’s rate. An LC is a commitment: only its margin, charges and settlements reach the ledger.
