Rental exceptions

What needs a look this period.

Steps

  1. Go to Lease & rentals → Exceptions and choose the period.
  2. Each flag opens what is behind it: the journal, the asset or the agreement.

Good to know

  • Flags: repairs above your threshold, repeated breakdowns, costs rising against the previous period, high fuel per hour / km, revenue below attributable costs, costs while idle, agreements with negative contribution, rental costs without an asset or lease, and usage or periods not yet billed. Thresholds: Settings → Lease management.
