Book in equipment, repair it, get approval and deliver.

Steps

  1. Go to Operations → Service → New job - the customer and the unit (serial).
  2. Record the work, parts and labour on the job card.
  3. Send the quotation for customer approval.
  4. When done, deliver and invoice the job.
