Freight rate cards

Steps

1. Go to Operations → Freight & shipments → Rate cards and click New rate.
2. Choose how it is charged - per kg, per trip, per km, per piece or per m³ - the rate and a minimum charge.
3. Leave the customer blank for your general rate, or choose one for their own rate; leave From / To blank for any lane.

Good to know

• The rate that applies: the customer's rate for the lane, then the customer's rate for any lane, then the general rate for the lane, then the general rate.
