Recording a delivery (drivers)

Steps

1. Open Dispatch → My deliveries and tap the stop.
2. Directions opens the address in maps; Call rings the customer.
3. Hand over the goods; the receiver types their name and signs in the box. Add a photo if useful, then Confirm delivery.
4. Only part handed over? Tick Only part was handed over and enter the quantities.
5. Couldn't deliver? Under Not delivered, choose why and record it.

Good to know

• Stock leaves the warehouse when the delivery is confirmed. A stop that was not delivered goes back to be planned again.
• Where the phone allows it, the location is recorded with the delivery.
