Steps
- Go to Users > Access management.
- Profiles: pick one (Sales Officer, Accountant, Auditor, Read Onlyโฆ), name the role and Create - then adjust it in the access matrix and give it to people under Users.
- User overrides lists every extra role, override and personal data access.
- Access audit is the permission change history - filter, search, download as CSV.
- Login history shows sign-ins, sign-outs and failed attempts; Sessions shows who is signed in, with Sign out everywhere.
- Permission catalogue lists every area, document, action and control the matrix knows.
Good to know
- Copy, Close and Reject are their own actions; until set they follow Create, Edit and Approve.
- Reports and the dashboard follow a person's branch limit (no "All branches" for them).
