Steps
- On the holding page, open People & access. Each row is a person (with their home company), each column a company of the group.
- In a companyโs column, click + Give access and choose the personโs role in that company (and a branch, or all branches), then Give access. That creates their user in that company. It has no email or password of its own, and they reach it by switching.
- To take access away, click Remove. Their user there is switched off; its history stays. Give access again switches it back on.
- Each companyโs own administrators see these people in their Users page, marked Group access, and can change their role or branch or switch them off, like any user.
Good to know
- The Navigate team sets up the holding company: which companies belong to it and who its administrators are.
- A person must already be a user in one company of the group (their home company) to be given access to the others.
- A company that leaves the holding is no longer reachable from it.
