Your shortcuts, what is waiting to be sent, and your notifications - on one screen.

Steps

  1. Shortcuts - the ones your role allows: Log a visit and New sales order (these work without a connection), Sales, Customers, Stock, CRM, Reports, Approvals (with the number waiting for you) and Visits.
  2. Waiting to be sent - at the top: what you captured that has not reached Navigate yet, anything not accepted (with the reason), and the last items sent (✓, tap to open). “Everything is sent.” when nothing waits.
  3. Notifications - your latest approvals, orders and stock alerts; All → opens the full list.
  4. This device - install Navigate, and turn notifications on or off for this phone.

Good to know

  • The line under “Waiting to be sent” says how many customers and items are kept on the phone for working offline, and when they were last refreshed.
