What does Navigate keep on my phone?

Steps

1. Kept: the app itself (its look and scripts), the offline screens, your organisation’s customer names and phone numbers and item names and prices (for picking them offline), and what you captured until it is sent.
2. Not kept: reports, invoices, balances, stock levels or any other page - they are always loaded fresh.
3. Signing out forgets the offline screens; another person signing in on the same phone never sees or sends your waiting items.

Good to know

• On a shared or lost phone: sign out of Navigate, and an administrator can disable the user (Settings › Users). Uninstalling the app (or clearing the browser’s site data) removes everything kept.
