The owner's daily business report

Yesterday's sales, cash, stock and alerts on WhatsApp and email every morning.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Owner reports. The account owner is set up when the workspace opens; add anyone else with + Add recipient - an owner, or a manager without a login.
  2. Choose the channels (WhatsApp, email or both), the time, the branches and the sections. A user's report never covers branches they can't see.
  3. For WhatsApp, connect WhatsApp Business in the API center and have the template shown on the page approved in Meta's WhatsApp Manager.
  4. Click Send test to check it, or View yesterday's report to read it in Navigate.

Good to know

  • Giving a user the Owner (read-only) role sets the report up for them; they see the business read-only, without payroll, staff records, users or settings.
  • Reports cover posted business only, are sent once per day and channel (failures are retried), and every delivery is in the log.
  • Customer names in the overdue list are hidden unless you switch them on.
